It’s so hard to expect the unexpected, because we usually want to expect something. I’m pretty bad with surprises; I guess I like to know what’s going to happen to me. I always seem to act inappropriately when life throws extreme surprises at me. I’m not very good in those situations.
That’s why I like to think before I act, and that’s probably why I mess up when thrown sudden unexpected lemons.

Summer has been extremely hot this year round. I think my electric bill is going to be unusually high this time around because it’s so damn freakin hot outside that my A/C works in overdrive to keep the apt at a reasonable (and by reasonable I still mean a toasty 80ish degrees) temperature. This really blows, and I know that it’s on ly going to get hotter and hotter each summer from now on out due to global warming. What is this world coming to…
