Today all the P1’s got their lab assignments for next year and I can’t say that I am too pleased with mine. Mine falls on Tuesday which conflicts with the one elective I really wanted to take: Applied nutrition in clinical pharmacy. *SIGH! I don’t even care that it’s on tuesday and that we have tests every Wednesday morning, because I never wait until last minute to study for tests anymore, I hate it because it conflicts with the elective I really wanted to take! damnit, and there’s no way to switch unless one of my classmates wants to switch, and nobody wants to because of the whole Wednesday test thing. BLAH.
Oh well, all I know that is I will throw a big shitfit if I get a lab assignment that conflicts with the one elective in all of pharmacy school that I want to take: infectious diseases, which is in the spring.
Sigh I guess for now I shall take immunizations next year or vet pharmacy or maybe nothing at all. We’ll see.
Oh the excitement of first year of pharmacy school almost being finally over. It has been one hell of a ride!
